This was our first family outing to Harry’s, and it turned out to be fantastic. My daughter was celebrating her birthday, and the manager went above and beyond to make her feel special. She personally came to greet her and wished her a happy birthday. To top it off, she comped her meal and dessert. Our waiter was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience.

Wonderful experience and absolutely delicious food. We were referred here by a local and it did not disappoint. Holly was an amazing server, so nice, patient and attentive.

We had a party of about 13 seating was in a separate room. First time I've been here the food was really good, the service needs to be worked on a little bit more however, I can't remember the servers name because this was in late May but her listening skills were not the best. We asked for a kids menu maybe 3x and each time she came back w/o one. Other tbsn tbat I would definitely come back when I'm in the area.

I've seen a lot of poor reviews, BUT I couldn't come up with one poor thing to complain about. The food, service, atmosphere... EVERYTHING was just PERFECT! We had the Fried Green Tomatoes as the appetizer, Shrimp & Scallop Orleans & Seared Ahi Tuna as entrees, and Fresh Salad, Fried Grits Cake & Corn Maque Choux as side dishes. The flavors were amazing, the proteins were cooked perfectly. Our server, Marah, was extremely busy but was still very attentive. We will return! Thanks for a great experience!

Cajun and Creole food. I love it but this is kind of Olive Garden quality type food. The one exception was the she-crab soup, which was excellent save for the fact that it was not served very hot. Gumbo was unexceptional. Would never do to the shrimp and grits again. The Cajun Chicken Pasta was exactly what it presented itself as. I thought the collards were insanely salty but my dining companion liked them. New Orleans and Louisiana have so many good places to eat. If you've been you know. Particularly upsetting that it took 15 minutes for someone to even address the table to get us a drink or water or anything despite several servers having walked by. I don't care if it's your table or not when you see someone who hasn't been attended to you alert somebody. I'm serious it took 15 minutes for somebody to come to the table. And then it's a bunch of he said she said it's someone else's fault not mine but I'll serve you. The service issue is more easily corrected than the food quality. To the uninitiated this is a wonderful place to try some things you wouldn't get down the street, but for true foodies it just comes up short.
